An airport theme pre-wedding sangeet function

The most exciting thing about any pre wedding function is, they are fun and it gives us a chance to do something new every time. The recent pre-wedding was also one of them, where we got to explore new horizons in terms of creativity.

Pratik & Sneha’s pre-wedding sangeet function was something completely new we did for this wedding season. We made an airport theme ambiance for this sangeet function.

Organized by A3 Cube Events, the event was indeed something to cherish for. The overall concept was designed and executed by us with some really eye-catching airplane and air-balloons all over the banquet ceiling.

At the entrance, to give a feel of runway, we had put giant LED screens. And these screens showed flights on the runway. It was like seeing a real runway at any airport.

In the passage leading to banquet, there was security check for the “passengers”.  There were air hostesses guiding people to get inside the flight!

Inside the banquet, along with the round table arrangement, there were various props including the ones hanging from the ceiling of airplanes. The stage was a subtle setup with LED screen. With blue ambiance, the banquet looked prodigious.

Being a Sangeet, the event was more about fun. There were many performances by family and friends followed by the delicious dinner by foodlink. Personalized food menus were designed for this amazing event.

We dint miss a chance to amuse all those 800 guests with such amazing theme and setup. Even at the time of exit, there were duty free shops and the feel of shopping at this airport.

The photobooth was designed with cut-outs of an airplane, and one could pose from the airport window for pictures and selfies.

With all these airplanes at the airport and hot air balloons in the banquet area, it looked exactly like an airport and we were able to give the feel of “never before” to our clients and guests.

So, how did you like the overall setup and feel of this airport? Tell your likings in the comments below.
